Key to model number designations
Note:
(1) When no symbol applies or no appended symbol is needed, the symbol and the hyphen (-) before it are omitted.
(2) The model designations shown here are for the purpose of illustrating the symbols, and in some cases may denote models that do not actually exist.
(3) See the options page for information on the belt detensioner.
Specifications
Note:
(1) Choose a 40 W motor when exceeding a product length of 400 cm.
(2) Use 50% of the value for the standard type as the guideline value for the VG type's conveyor payload.
Standard/VG model belt lengths
Conveyor payloads
Use 50% of the value for the standard type as the guideline value for the VG type's ,CF type's,VT type's conveyor payload.
MMX200 Standard Power supplies and speeds
Note:
(1) Actual speeds may vary by up to 10% less than the values shown, depending on the motor characteristics and payload.
(2) Speeds of DC motor variable speed models may vary by up to 0.6% more or less than the values shown, depending on the motor characteristics and payload.
(3) Variable-speed models should only be used within the specified speed range since low-speed operation may cause motor burnout.
(4) Use slow speeds (K, U, IV-18 or less) for 25 W motors.
(5)For product lengths of over 400 cm, select a 40 W motor, and use a speed symbol of 25 or less for the U and IV types.

Options
Type
Legs and guides are optional.
The standard belt type is flat on both the front and back sides. For standard type and VG type, it is possible to set a belt loosening device.
Non-meandering type (VG) which prevents meandering by attaching a crosspiece in the center at the back of the belt.
Various motive types(Specifications without description are the same as standard products.)
Specifications
The speed is different from the standard type.
It is possible to set the belt loosening device.
Specifications
Motor symbol is O: Oriental only.
It is possible to set the belt loosening device.
Special type(Specifications without description are the same as standard products.)
Transfer from a slope to horizontal and vice-versa without changing over using 1 machine. The slope angle can be adjusted from 0 to 30°.
Product length
Product length: 100~600cm
Transport weight: Use the standard 50% as a guide.
If the slope is steep, a separate tilting belt is required.
It is possible to set the belt loosening device.
A V-shaped guide has been inserted into both sides of the belt to set the transfer surface in the bilge. Ideal for carrying loose objects.
Specifications
Transport weight: Use the standard 50% as a guide.
Small transported objects can also be transferred smoothly because small rollers of diameter φ12 (non-meandering (VG) type has a diameter of φ15) are used at the end of the tail
