- The body is made of SUS 304. The overlaps of plates were limited to irreducible minimum, thus leading to the reduction in number of portions where dust may be accumulated and/or deposited.
- Since the legs are of the simple cantilevered construction, it is easy to keep the floor in clean and good sanitary conditions (excluding the models FFBC3/FPA0).
- The belts to be mounted are antimicrobial, antifugal and flexible.
- The motor used may also be subject to direct washing because it is of the waterproof type (Protection Class IP65 or equivalent).
- It is designed for safety that the tail roller and drive pulley are invisible and easily detachable.
- The belts can also be mounted and detached simply by handle operation without any tool. (*1)
- With the auto tension mechanism, the phenomenon of belt deflection by water and fouling can also be eliminated.

This is the extendable gravity roller conveyor for food conveyance. It can be used for rearrangement of goods being conveyed in a single row into those in multiple rows.
It can be used in IN lines such as oven, freezer and packaging machine in which you wish to arrange goods in multiple rows, and for line change.
- The head roller is ø13 in diameter, thus ensuring smooth transfer.
- This conveyor can be extended so as to meet the conveying mode, thus finding highly functional applications.

The curved conveyor conforming to HACCP manufactured for the first time in the industry.
- Its drive/transmission mechanism is of the simple pinch roller type.
- Its table and frame are separable and detachable.

F PLASTIC MODULE CONVEYOR (FPA0)

- In this conveyor, troubles such as meandering, failure of belt side and belt expansion caused by operating environment can be eliminated.
- Its structure is suitable also for conveyance of small goods. Center drive unit and tail roller diameter (ø89, ø27.2) are now available.
- The auto tension drive system capable of performing normal and reverse operation was adopted for the first time in the industry.
- The belts are conforming to the U.S. FDA Standards.

| FOOD BELT JUNCTION (FBJ) |
This is the belt junction for food conveyance having been standardized as a junction conforming to HACCP for the first time in the industry. It is of wide use as a converging/diverging device for simple change of food conveying direction, separation and rearrangement of food materials being conveyed in a line into those in a file as well as for conveyance in an L-, Z- or U-shaped route.
- With its transfer point of R10, it is best-suited also for conveyance of small goods.
