The FOODVEYOR SERIES conveyors are specialized for food conveyance, frame and rollers of which are made of stainless steel or resin and can be washed clean with water. The conveyors of this series are available in various types conforming to HACCP ranging from roller conveyor to curved belt conveyor and are best-suited for food conveyance. Principal Products Trayveyor (TBH / TBC) This is the conveyor in which belts can easily be detached by relieving the tension on the drive. Belts are antimicrobial and antifugal and can be used without anxiety. Moreover, owing to the auto tension drive, the belts are free from deflection. The motor is available in various types such as waterproof type of IP 65 or equivalent, waterproof DC motor, hollow shaft motor and waterproof motor pulley. Head Drive Conveyor (FB2H) This is the waterproof head drive belt conveyor mounted with antimicrobial and antifugal belts in which a waterproof motor (conforming to IP65 or equivalent) is adopted in the 70mm high stainless steel frame. This conveyor is of the structure being not apt to gather sundry germs because its frame is not subjected to excessive drilling. This conveyor is available in four types, i.e., OD type in which the motor is mounted on the top, UD type in which the motor is mounted on the bottom, HS type in which a hollow shaft motor is used, and MP type in which a motor pulley is used. Medium Mass Conveying Auto Tension (FB2.5AU / FB2.5AT) This is the auto tension drive conveyor being 600mm max. in belt width, 10m max. in body length and 150kg max./full length in allowable load and is best-suited for conveyance of medium mass. Since this conveyor is mounted with meanderless belts as a standard, it can be easily adjusted and washed. This conveyor is available in two types, i.e., AU type in which a waterproof motor is mounted on the top of belt, and AT type in which a hollow shaft motor is mounted on the side of prime mover. Curved Belt Conveyor (FFBC3) This conveyor is resistant to water and oil, and good in washability while its belts can be easily mounted or detached.Moreover, since the belt travelling plane (table) can also be detached with no use of tool, the conveyor can be washed easily over its whole length and breadth. Center Drive Conveyor (FB2C) This is the waterproof center drive belt conveyor mounted with antimicrobial and antifugal belts in which a waterproof motor (conforming to IP65 or equivalent) is adopted. This conveyor is of the structure being not apt to gather sundry germs because its frame is not subjected to excessive drilling. Since 27.2mm tail roller is used at the inlet and outlet, transfer is easy in this conveyor. This conveyor is available in four types, i.e., OD type in which the motor is mounted on the top, UD type in which the motor is mounted on the bottom, HS type in which a hollow shaft motor is used, and MP type in which a motor pulley is used. Belt Conveyor with Cleats (FB2-S) This is the belt conveyor with cleats mounted with antimicrobial and antifugal belts in which a waterproof motor (conforming to IP65 or equivalent) is adopted in the 70mm high stainless steel frame. This conveyor is of the structure being not apt to gather sundry germs because its frame is not subjected to excessive drilling. This conveyor is best-suited for ramp conveyance of slippery and bulk materials. Plastic Belt Conveyor (FP0 / FP1 / FP2 / FPS1) This is the plastic belt conveyor consisting in combination of plastic modules. Since a flat frame and a waterproof motor conforming to IP 65 or equivalent are used in consideration of the washability, it is easy to wash this conveyor.
